HiddenBrains combined consultancy with the engineering job thereby giving me a complete pack of three for the price of one. Further they combined a human face to IT engineering. Their after sales service is the ‘icing on the cake’. Although they do not operate a ‘locking-in technique’ I shall still contract them for subsequent upgrades.
