Hiring Full Time Developer Model, helps you to be in constant touch plus develop the project in your time boundaries and treat them as your extended employee. They are directly controlled and managed by your end, it's just like your employee sitting at another place and performing your needed activities at lowered cost and free infrastructure.
- Every developer hired by you will work for 8 hours and 5 days a week.
- The work will is carried between 2 shifts, which cover almost round the clock.
- 10.30 AM to 07.00 PM IST (+5:30 GMT) / Day.
- 10.30 PM to 07.00 AM IST (+5:30 GMT) / Day.
- Communication transactions can be handled through Email & Chat.
- The invoice would be sent to you in 1 Day, payments are needed to be made in advance for the same.
- Managing of Project will be in control from your side.
- If a developer goes on leave or the day is not working, then those hours will be saved for you, for next day.
Part time Developer:
Part time model will help you to get your project done in time span of 4 hours per day. You will be constant touch with your selected developer for that 4 hours per day.
- Every developer hired by you will work delicately 4 hours for 5 days a week.
- Communication between both programmer & you will be done through modes of email as well chats.
- The invoice would be sent to you in 1 Day, payments are needed to be made in advance for the same.
- Managing the project will be under your control.
- If the developer is on leave or if in mid non-working day arrives, that time duration will be saved for next day.
